UltraViolet is a women's advocacy organization that focuses on a range of issues related to gender equality and women's rights.

ROLE: ART DIRECTION, GRAPHIC DESIGN (SOCIAL, DISPLAY, PRINT, OOH)
AGENCY: REVOLUTION MESSAGING
TEAM: ARUN CHAUDHARY

In my role at Revolution Messaging, I spearheaded the dynamic print and digital design initiatives for UltraViolet, a prominent national women's advocacy group at the forefront of transformative change. By channeling our creative energy, we passionately championed causes encompassing gender equality, reproductive freedom, LGBTQ rights, racial justice, and human rights. Through innovative design strategies, we amplified UltraViolet's mission, crafting compelling visuals that resonated across diverse platforms, mobilizing supporters and propelling the organization's impactful campaigns for a more inclusive and equitable society.

As part of the partnership with UltraViolet I designed the Board of Tourism billboard series, a project that highlighted states’ unjust policies towards women. The series won a Bronze award at the 2015 AAPC Awards for Most Original/Innovative Collateral Material.

Another great project that came out of the partnership with UltraViolet was a poster I designed around Maya Angelou. This poster helped aid and win the fight to honor Maya Angelou with her very own USPS Stamp.
