OneTen is a coalition of leading chief executives and their companies who are coming together to upskill, hire and advance one million Black individuals who do not yet have a four-year degree into family-sustaining jobs with opportunities for advancement over the next 10 years. The creative team at BPI worked to create the Where I’m Meant To Be campaign, a 360° integrated campaign with focused messaging spread across multiple mediums including design for social, display, TV, radio, OOH, and more. The campaign and its sub brand has been a huge hit for OneTen, more or less becoming their main brand in all facets of the organization over the course of 2022 and into 2023.
